Itinerary 4 Days Tour from Marrakech

Day 1 : Marrakech – Tizi n’Tichka – Ouarzazate – Dades valley

This 4-day tour starts from Marrakech to Dades Valley via the High Atlas mountains Tizi n’Tichka pass through the high Atlas Mountains we will have time to stop and enjoy impressive landscapes and Berber hamlets, we will get the chance the visit the Universal Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah as it has been named by UNESCO in 1987. This Berber Kasbahs which has been used as a very important destination for international filmmakers for more than 25 films was also one of the most important fortress strongholds on the old Salt Road where caravans brought slaves, gold, ivory, salt and silk from sub-Saharan countries to Marrakech and beyond. We’ll pass through Ouarzazate, or what we call the Hollywood of africa since it has been as well a very famous destination for filmmakers, after Ouarzazate we will continue to Dades valley, trough the Megoun, Skoura (Berber villages around the valley) we will spend the night in dades valley.

 

Day 2 : Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Sahara ( Overnight Camel trip )

After breakfast, we go from Dades Gorges to the erg Chebbi Sahara desert in Merzouga. Berber villages are scattered along the way, we’ll pass through Tinjdad, Jorf, and Erfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet, and the we continue to Merzouga, Where we will go to ride the camels who are waiting to take us on an adventure in the Desert dunes. we will spend the night in a camp ( Berber Nomadic tents ) with drums music in the middle of the Sahara, this is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset, when we arrive at the camp we go to a high dune to see the sunset, we will spend the night in nomad Berber tents and we will have some Berber tea and we will have dinner in Berber deep camp.

 

Day 3 : Camel ride back to Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Agdz – Ouarzazate

We will wake up early morning to watch the sunrise in the golden dunes, and then we ride the camels back to Merzouga, after breakfast and taking a shower in the Hotel, we start our journey to Ouarzazate through different areas and different Berber villages (Alnif, Tazarine, N’kob) we arrive in evening/night.

 

Day 4 : Ouarzazate – Berber Villages and Atlas Mountains – Back to Marrakech

Leaving Ouarzazate in the Morning, after visiting studios, we will cross the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco Tizni Tichka 2260m high offering impressive views of valleys, mountains, and many Berber villages nearby, and arrive in the evening end of the Marrakech 4 days desert trips merzouga.
